The 1 to 1 session with Margot Wells is an in-depth analysis of a performer's overall technique and body condition. The experience of a 1 to 1 training session is invaluable to performers. In one training session Margot can improve a performer's speed and power and - in turn - improve their overall sporting performance. Young and old are surprised at their improvement as they did not believe they could ever run faster.

- Analysis and Correction of running technique
- Realignment exercises for injury prevention
- Kinetic training exercises for efficiency of movement and injury prevention
- Warm up techniques for speed
- Body strength training for speed
- Power training for speed
- 6 week training programme to be done at home venue
