About Margot Wells

Margot Wells started her coaching career by helping her husband Allan Wells win an Olympic Gold and silver medal in the 100m and 200m respectively in 1980. She is currently coaching a crop of England's top rugby and hockey players as well as up and coming athletes.

In the intervening years she has dedicated herself to understanding the science of speed and power and is now ready to share the secrets of her success. She is passionate about speed and the great effect it has on sportsmen and women and wants everybody to experience the pleasure of running faster.
