Session details

You must first have a 1 to 1 Speedball First session to then have a follow up 1 to 1.

Course consists of:

  • A whole body resistance form of training that balances both sides of the body.
  • Sets up neuro muscular pathways far faster than is used when running fast.
  • Improves hand eye co – ordination.
  • Improves cardio vascular output.
  • Strengthens the whole body at speed.
  • Improves concentration.


Clothing

Wear suitable gym clothes with trainers.

Session Duration

Session lasts 1 hour.

How to Book

You must of already completed a 1 to 1 Speedball First Session to have a 1 to 1 Speedball Follow up session.
