Session details

You must first have a 1 to 1 First session to then have a follow up 1 to 1.

*YOU MUST BOOK A FOLLOW UP SESSION NO LATER THAN 6 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST 1 TO 1 SESSION

Course consists of:

  • Running technique: by learning how to run makes the performer more efficient and faster immediately.
  • Warm up: by learning how to warm up efficiently prepares the performer mentally and physically for the session ahead.
  • Speed strength: by using the performer’s own body weight as resistance the strength circuit makes every muscle in the body ready to support the speed.
  • Power: by increasing power the performer improves pace off the mark as well as vertical power and speed.
  • Programme: a six week programme tailored to the needs of the individual.
     

Clothing

Wear suitable gym clothes with trainers.

Session Duration

Session lasts between 1 - 1.5 hours depending on age.
