You must first have a 1 to 1 First session to then have a follow up 1 to 1.
Course consists of:
- Running technique: by learning how to run makes the performer more efficient and faster immediately.
- Warm up: by learning how to warm up efficiently prepares the performer mentally and physically for the session ahead.
- Speed strength: by using the performer’s own body weight as resistance the strength circuit makes every muscle in the body ready to support the speed.
- Power: by increasing power the performer improves pace off the mark as well as vertical power and speed.
Programme: a six week programme tailored to the needs of the individual.
Wear suitable gym clothes with trainers.
Session lasts between 1 - 1.5 hours depending on age.

You must of already completed a 1 to 1 Running First Session to have a 1 to 1 Running Follow up session.
