"Wellfast will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about speed and power"

Dr Margot Wells

Are you Warming up correctly?

How would you know?

The easy way to tell is to ask yourself how well prepared you felt at the end of the warm up to either compete or train. Did you feel mentally and physically prepared to go out and perform at your best? After all that is the purpose of the Warm Up.

The Wellfast Warm Up will ensure that you are ready to compete at your best There is no jogging or static stretching during the Wellfast Warm Up thus ensuring that all areas of activity are contributing to elite performance and none are detracting from it. The Wellfast Warm Up builds in intensity ensuring that if you have to run fast in the first minute of the game or training session then your body will be ready to do so. The warm up, while raising the core temperature of the muscles and increasing the heart rate to performance level should never be so long and taxing that the performer feels that they have lost a lot of energy before the main activity actually begins. This is often a common mistake and the warm up feels more like a training session before the training session.

The warm up is a key component of performance and therefore should be analysed to see if it does what you want it do, just like every other part of the session. The Wellfast Warm Up has been tried and tested by Internationals and they all say that at the end of the warm up they feel ready to perform at their best. Can you say that of yours?

Why not try out the Wellfast Warm up package for yourself and see how good you feel afterwards and how much the first part of your game or race or session feels in comparison to how you felt with your usual warm up. The Wellfast Warm up includes stills and video footage of all drills to make it clear and easy to understand and all for only £11.95!
