Danny Cipriani Training Update 2 plus Dom Waldouck Injury & Shane Geraghty Operation

Danny Cipriani looks great again.

Danny has been training really hard using new Wellfast training techniques and has benefited greatly from the new exercises. He is lifting heavier weights in the gym but as they are specifically designed to aid running strength then the end result is that he is much quicker than he has been for years.
This also means that his speed endurance has to be enhanced to cope with the extra speed and the end result is that he is in the best shape of his life and really looking forward to playing for the Barbarians in November.

Danny will also feature at the October the 9th Sports Performance Course so make sure you book your place and not miss out! Book here

Dom Waldouck back to his best.

Dominic Waldouck is back to his best despite having ruptured his Achilles tendon. Wellfast rehabilitation guided by the basic principle of overload at speed, not only has helped his injury but has restored his confidence in his ability to run fast and be very powerful on the pitch.
Dom is starting rugby training next week and I am looking forward to seeing playing for Wasps again.

Shane Geraghty has shoulder operation.

It was great to see Shane again after another operation on his shoulder. Despite being back in France he will follow a Wellfast training and rehabilitation programme to limit the extent of the operation by ensuring that his Body management system is in place and working all the other areas of his body. As the shoulder stabilises then he will introduce more and more exercises into his programme culminating in hitting the speedball to bring a fast impulse back through the muscles and the joint.

Our friends say...

"Speed and power is everything in any sport, from the shortest sprint to the longest Ironman marathon. My sport of rowing is a muscular endurance event. It's good to be big and strong and have the endurance to complete the course, without speed and speed of movement you are not going to win races and achieve your goals...."
