How the Wellfast players have got on in the past week

Round up of past week of games including Wellfast Players.

Mike Brown is looking forward to the opening game of the six nations against Scotland and looking to keep his great form going which has helped get Harlequins to the top of the table of the premiership and top of their group table in the Heineken Cup. Mike Brown has also received man of the match in many of his games this season.

Sam Smith has also helped Harlequins to the top of their group in the LV Cup with a 23-6 win of London Welsh on the 26th of Jan. The match also featured 3 other Wellfast players from London Welsh which included Seb Jewell, Phil Mackenzie & Tom Arscott who have all being playing great consistent rugby and have been scoring tries this season.

In the Championship Bedford took on Nottingham where James Stephenson came on as a sub to score a try but unfortunately this was not enough for Bedford and they lost the game 25-17.

All the Wellfast players and athletes have been doing new exercises to prevent injuries and to improve how the body works and this has helped in their performances in the past weeks.
