This week shows Chris and Mark continuing there training using the Speedball in a gym circuit with runs down the Track.
Chris had a huge speed increase and timed in at 5.20 seconds over 40 metres in his first run and a few weeks later is now running a time of 4.95 seconds.
Both Players got faster and have increased there speed and power dramatically in just a few weeks.
