Course consists of:
- A whole body resistance form of training that balances both sides of the body.
- Sets up neuro muscular pathways far faster than is used when running fast.
- Improves hand eye co – ordination.
- Improves cardio vascular output.
- Strengthens the whole body at speed.
Wear suitable gym clothes with trainers.
Session lasts 1 hour.
