What do I get

The Video coaching analysis add on this will enable you to have a Video analysis session with Dr Margot Wells from anywhere in the world. By uploading selected video shots of the performer running, Dr Margot Wells will critique the running style with detailed information on how to correct the running technique and make it more efficient. In this way the performer will immediately run faster. In addition she will be able to spot realignment issues and kinetic problems which could lead to injuries later on. Margot will select a series of exercises to correct these faults and provide the performer with detailed instructions on how to and when to do these exercises.

Having realigned the body it is necessary to do the right exercises to hold the body in this new position by making the body stronger using only the performer’s body weight. These exercises are the same exercises used to produce speed strength. They are a combination of exercises which will increase running strength and power thus enabling the performer to run faster. The final part of the training is a power session which will increase pace off the mark. Having included all the main areas of improvement, they will be installed in a six week training programme that will continue to make the performer faster.


You will require at least a Warm Up or paid package to enable use of the Video Analysis add on as we recommend you have some of the modules to help you with the feedback from Dr Margot Wells.
