Session details

Course consists of:
Running technique: by learning how to run makes the performer more efficient and faster immediately.
Warm up: by learning how to warm up efficiently prepares the performer mentally and physically for the session ahead.
Speed strength: by using the performer’s own body weight as resistance the strength circuit makes every muscle in the body ready to support the speed.
Power: by increasing power the performer improves pace off the mark as well as vertical power and speed.
Programme: a six week programme tailored to the needs of the individual.

Clothing
Wear suitable gym clothes with trainers.

Session Duration
Session lasts between 1 - 1.5 hours depending on age.
