1 Week Rugby School of Speed Summer Course for 12-18yr olds

For the first time ever, Dr Margot Wells is holding 2 x 1 week summer camps to allow young rugby players to benefit from her training techniques. Strictly available on a first come first served basis. Limited numbers due to access to Dr Margot Wells. We will be holding 2 courses, 12 - 15yr olds & 16 - 18yr olds. 

Dates
Monday 21st July – Friday 25th July 2014

12 - 15yrs 11.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m through the week.
16 - 18yrs 2.00 p.m. - 3.30 p.m through the week.

Monday 18th August – Friday 22nd August 2014

12 - 15yrs 11.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m through the week.
16 - 18yrs 2.00 p.m. - 3.30 p.m through the week.

Techniques include
• Speed
• Pace off the mark
• Body strength for speed
• Sprint endurance: change of direction
• Body functionality

All of the areas above are the same methods used by top players like Mike Brown and Danny Cipriani.

Coaches
Dr Margot Wells will do a session with every player during the week. John Beeby, Simon Smith and Mike Mcfarlane (trained in all areas by Dr Margot Wells). 

Price
