Danny Cipriani had his first running training session with Margot Wells to start his 6 weeks of intense training.
Danny was still looking in great shape and had still kept a lot of his speed but will now look towards Margot to get him to his best with times down the track.
Danny finished a session which consisted of 3 x 50m with walk back as rest. Next for Danny is a gym circuit which includes Speedball which he has a P.B of 314 which is up there with the best.
